Team

Peoples Labs founding team consists of multi-disciplinary graduate students at Carnegie Mellon University. Members of the team have worked in business development, business technology consulting, technical marketing, application development, project management, user experience, research, community leadership and volunteering roles for academic institutions, non-profit organizations, and firms such as IBM, GE, AMD, NVIDIA, Nokia and Deloitte.

Ayan Kishore

Ayan received education in Computer Engineering at Georgia Tech, and graduate education in Human-Computer Interaction at Carnegie Mellon University. He has worked as a consultant in the mobile telecommunications industry for a few years and has recently been working closely with international development social enterprises and non-profit startups, especially in the domain of technology for education and employability.

Geeta Shroff

Geeta completed dual undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Electrical and Computer Engineering at CMU, and is currently pursuing graduate studies in Computer Science as an NSF Graduate Fellow. She has three years of research experience in assistive mobile and analysis technologies. In continuing to work with different challenged communities, she is interested in harnessing user-needs driven technology and services for local and international development.
